At Hinoki Cedar Forest Therapy Guide, we are committed to providing enriching, restorative, and high-quality experiences in nature. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to be transparent about our refund process.
1. Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session or program date to qualify for a full refund.

Requests made 3–6 days prior will receive a 50% refund.

Requests made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
2. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the booking is non-refundable.
3. Weather & Safety

Forest therapy is offered rain or shine. However, in the rare event that we must cancel a session due to extreme weather or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.
4. Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events may arise. If you need to cancel due to illness, emergency, or other serious matters, please contact us directly. Refunds or credits in these cases may be granted at our discretion.
5. How to Request a Refund

Please email us at hinokitherapyguide@gmail.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
